Home Description

The ground floor comprises a large living room opening to a wraparound terrace and small private garden - affording superb views of the Aegean Sea - and a wonderful place for al-fresco dining! There is a separate kitchen which is well equipped to include oven, hob, fridge, washing machine and microwave. Also on the ground floor is a guest bedroom and WC. On the upper level there is a master bedroom with en-suite and a further bedroom and bathroom. On the roof there is a large terrace with BBQ and summer kitchen. The communal swimming pool is set in landscaped gardens but if you prefer to swim in the sea then the beautiful beach at Küçükbük bay is a short stroll from your villa. Gündoğan, with its excellent fish restaurants, is 5 minutes via the local bus service (dolmuþ) which stops right outside the complex. Bodrum is 15 minutes away by dolmuþ and the airport is 45 minutes.
