TRAVEL INSURANCE
We require all travellers to have insurance cover and it is a condition of accepting your reservation that you have adequate cover.
We offer comprehensive Personal Travel Insurance provided by Fortis Insurance Ltd., which covers personal accident, 24-hour emergency medical assistance and repatriation where necessary, medical expenses, personal baggage and money etc. Those wishing to arrange their own cover must give details of their insurers, policy number and 24 hour emergency telephone number at the time of booking - Please have these details ready.
We will not be able to proceed with your booking until we receive either your details as above or the full insurance premium due. Own cover must provide at least equal benefits to those provided by our policy, including cancellation and emergency repatriation cover. If your own insurance fails to provide adequate cover you will be responsible for any costs involved in the event of an emergency.

Age range inclusive on date of departure; Infants 0 - 2 free if all other members of party take insurance. Prices include IPT at 17.5%. Annual multi-trip policies for individuals, couples and families are available on request.
Brief Details of Cover:
- Cancellation of curtailment up to £3000*.
- Medical expenses including Medical Emergency Assistance up to £2,000,000*.
- Hospital benefit £20 per day up to £600.
- Personal accident up to £15,000.
- Baggage (limit £250 any one article) up to £1,500*.
- Personal money including travellers cheque & travel tickets (cash limit £250) up to £400*.
- Loss of passport - necessary hotel & travel expenses to obtain replacement up to £250.
- Additional hotel and travelling expenses due to delay of more than 12 hours caused by cancellation/curtailment of scheduled public transport as a result of mechanical breakdown or extreme weather conditions up to £500*.
- Flight or sea crossing delay of more than 12 hrs due to Industrial Action up to £60.
- Personal liability up to £1,000,000.
- Legal expenses up to £5,000.
All limits are per person. *The first £30 of each and every claim for each person is excluded, but no excuses will apply in respect of initial deposit under cancellation or curtailment and only one excess per person will apply if claims submitted under both baggage and personal money arise from the same incident.
The policy document will be sent with your holiday invoice. If the Insurance does not meet your requirements, you may return to the documentation within 14 days of purchase (or prior to departure if this is sooner) for a refund, provided no claim has been made. For people taking part in any of the activities contained in our brochure, full cover is provided with the exception of white water rafting, hydro speed, canyoning, rock climbing/walking using ropes and paragliding. You should contact us to check your cover if you intend to engage in any other kinds of activities or sports.
