500 EURO refundable security damage has to be paid before moving in. The deposit will be refunded after the property has been inspected and all inventory controlled from the management company.

Electricity usage isn't included in the rental price. We charge per day 10 EURO for electricity usage.

Arrival cleaning is included in the rental price. By booking longer than 1 week, the tenants are responsibble for the property cleaning and laundry during their stay.

On request cleaning and laundry can be organised aswell.

Car hire available on request aswell private driver on site on request for the guests of the villa.
