Home Description

The size of the Vİlla is 325 square metres including the terrace. There are 3 big and beautiful bedrooms, each one with private bathroom. The house is very tastefully furnished with architect – designed furniture and modern Danish art. The house has all modern facilities. Totally there are 29 very unique and very different houses in this small society, where you also have your own little city square and restaurant in the middle of the village. The village is situated on a mountain side, 800m from the sea, 45 min from Milas Airport and only 10 min from Bodrum city. The houses of course, have private pools and gardens, and the entrance area at the big house is a beautiful court yard with floor decoration made of small natural stones, dining area and a beautiful fountain. The houses are well known by the habitants of Bodrum peninsula because of the magic of the Yarbasan village, and recently the international interior magazine “House Beautiful“ has been visiting our houses. The result is a very nice article, which describes and shows the houses in detail. Each House has its own swimming pool and views of the sea.
